2/20 with nothing on are probably worth Sur+.
And on top of that you have 11 all res, so probably the best possible affix with a decent roll (max is 20 on amulets). Sure Stamina brings nothing, mana and mana regen are low, but that's worth some Ber runes. Now, the question is how many, and that's the part where I don't know.
