Not really. IAS, CB and Str are nice, life is ok but enhanced defense and chance to cast skill add no value and you have no + skills. I would sell them to Charsi.
It worth some thing for me.
+skill can only be Martial Art or 1 of 3 Amazon skill tree.
Zealer and Smiter could use thoses gloves to reach the next ias break point and have more CB.
Ctc Life Tap from Drac is not needed because they can get it from Exile.
