Can be used to make Runewords:
If you cast Hydra and then switch to MF gear would Hydra's damage fall? When exactly your gear effect on Hydra damage: at the moment of cast or when Hydra fires?
Pretty sure they work just like traps.
Damage from the level of it's cast...not what is active on switch.
