Rune Master question

I have 2 of them and both are 5OS. I need to hear opinions about them. Is there an effective way to use them? On a Barb maybe? I never PvP so only need ideas for online solo play.

Zod in it and then fill the rest of the sockets with high damage runes or jewels.
