You might want to specify Ladder/Non-Ladder and Softcore/Hardcore to get a more accurate response. You can see that a Ber was sold on Non-Ladder Softcore for 1 Ohm + 1 Lo + 1 Sur a week ago

Actually in the last posts of the thread quoted above you have the updated values. Ber supposedly in the Sur + Lo range, so you're a bit above.

That thread is supposedly for non-ladder only, so keep that in mind - I think prices vary between ladder and non-ladder, as @undertow mentioned.

Lo Ohm Sur is a normal price ( Lo Ohm = Sur). Lo Vex Sur is a low price at the moment, sometimes you can get Sur for Lo Vex. It will get even cheaper with time.
