"New Members Section" Phone Web version

Steps to reproduce: "New Users" at phone version looks soo Big , everything else looks clearly.

Anything else to add:

If You can change something with List of Online Members ( Who is Online ) becouse if I scrolling down at Phone, every time when I put finger of screen for scroll down, Random Users show up , You can hide it little bit, or put this section on bottom of website, or make option for hide it.
