Yes, they work with CtC effects. The exception is Firestorm from torch.

All Prices Negotiable 
Werewolf with Earth Shifter, synergizing the Fissure proc. Thought of Flickering Flame with +3 Fury, and 4os armor with like 3 fire facets and 1 ias jewel, maybe 2 and 2, will have to test it cause there's no speed calc.
