How do you know it was failed unique? The triple durability mod?

Failed uniques are rare items with triple durability.
Failed set items are magic items with double durability.

Key runs in hell for countess, summoner, and nihlothak and still haven't had a single

Man, i have farmed maybe 6 summoner keys for all 15 torches i have farmed. rest 13 3x keysets from summoner were a bought ones for nithk and countess keys xd. i know your pain. RNG is RNG in its rng-ness.
