I guess they would use the one with the highest progress, currently that would be Americas. But they will announce it beforehand I hope
Not sure about today but somi (Friday's host) has so far always chosen the region with the most progress, yes. So for those, expect it to be wherever you see the highest stage going into it. You can just watch the stream for the Friday ones especially. I mean..you get the region out of the others as well but the one on Friday is actually kind of entertaining and does switch to English to help us ignorant westerners out
