You mean one 1 week and then a stupid answer. Unless you can explain how you're going to stuff two Shael runes into a single open socket.

Both are great. If you use Fanaticism Black need 20% extra IAS from gear to hit max breakpoint. while Heaven's Light get max breakpoint with 2 Shael. Black hit 100% crushing blow with Goblin Toe and Guillaume's Face.
