is anyone able to make runewords in PTR?

I've tried all the new runewords and non of them are working.

Seems like all of the pre-made chars are non-ladder.
So if you want to make the new runewords, you'll need to start a new (ladder) char and use that.

Good luck getting high enough and finding the runes in 2 days.. :p

Yeah it's bullshit haha. seems they just want to test the ladder at this point which is dumb.

Runewords mostly had their turn last PTR.

No, not this go around. Another interesting occurrence happened. I decided to respec my build. I went to

Akara and she did respect my skill tree, but she didn't touch my stats. So I returned and the option to respect was still there so I tried again and still my stats were unchanged. So I used a provided

Token of Absolution and that changed my stats.
