Yeah, a lot of people think the

Lich Wand will be a Deaths Web. Have actually bought a few unid unearthen Wands because of that.

Not drops, just two fails:

• When I was leveling my D2R barb some time ago, I really needed some defense so upped a few gear.
  Belt, armor, helmet... but the latter was an
  Arreat's Face which now required 196 str to wear and became immediately useless. Later I decided to sell with the full description of the story and a generous user gave 2 PAmmys for it.
• The other day I was farming keys and
  Nihlathak dropped two. I got so enthusiastic I sent this shot to a friend of mine then closed the session to start a new run. Then came the sad realization: I forgot to pick them up!
