arreat's is much better and only sells for

so i'd say you should sell for about 35 000 gold.

Arreat's and Jalal's are the bane of Barb and Druid circlets.

Sounds about right. Arreat's is so good that a

Circlet really has to deliver on pretty much every front. None of that "wasting an affix on 13 energy" nonsense.
