Description
Warriv is the first NPC to strike up a dialogue with you in the game. Upon completing the last quest in Act 1, Sisters to the Slaughter, he will offer you travel to Lut Gholein in Act 2. When encountered in Lut Gholein, you may use Warriv to travel back to the Rogue Encampment.

Talking to Warriv and going to Act 1 is much faster to access a waypoint when starting in Act 2.
