Safety Amulet can be a solid choice for Javazons - an Amazon specializing in Javelin skills - that are seeking to maintain the maximum 75% block rate. An increase of 10% to a Spirit

Monarch's base 47% block rate can reduce the Dexterity needed for a level 80 Amazon to achieve a 75% block rate from 271 to 226. Those 45 saved points, if diverted to Vitality, would net the Amazon 135 additional Life.

This benefit is further compounded by the relative lack of opportunity cost. Unlike members of other classes, an Amazon's combat "spells" do not rely on her invariably abysmal casting speed, meaning she has very little need of the Faster Cast Rate found on the

Caster Amulet. Similarly, Javazons tend to rely on the massive elemental damage offered by their lightning skills and generally leave physical damage a secondary consideration, which makes the the Life Stolen Per Hit of a

I got one with 2 to assassin skills, 10% ICOB and 20 to dexterity, maybe, when I have time to do a traps assaassin, which uses a Spirit
