I used 2 x Defiler + Demon With +20kills on demon page already
1. Where should I use after those 60 skill points of Blood Boil?
2. If I want to increase damage for demon. Dominic Mastery or Bind Demon better?
3. Death Mark or Lethargy better?

Can be used to make Runewords:
I put 20 points in Talented. Since boil Synergize with them. Talented damage now is 20K or so.
For Baal waves on higher player count I call defilers with one hard point. for other content talented are nice. Of course bound demon is cursed with Conviction. I use Blunderbore or Urdar.
Of course you need Hex Syphon if you don't have it yet. So killing small criters with Blood Boil keeps your mana full.
I still have 7 skill points unallocated. Thinking where to our them. Possibly it will be mirror blades to kill Baal faster on P8.
