I put the physical jewel into andariels visage.
im wondering if there is any benefit from -9% phsical res and +5% exp gained??

Yes (works only for Merc's own attacks)

+5% exp gained
No ideia...
But, my guess is that it works like magic find and Gold find... (if Merc do the kill the effect applies - added to your own magic find, Gold find and exp gained)

Both should work for the merc. But the exp bonus is not doing much because the merc's level cannot be higher than yours and when you level up he does so quickly himself. The exp bonus would just lead to him leveling up a little bit earlier buzt most of the time his exp Ist stuck at your level and he waits for you leveling up so that he can gain more exp. The -9% phys res however is pretty strong if your merc is actually killing stuff and not just staying alive and supporting with auras. If the latter is the case, you might go for a purely defensive jewel instead.

Fade when struck is propably also nice to get that 63% fire res to 75

Remember to google EnDamage new jewel in armor, I remember ED is not working but not very sure about it.

Some Trade is available for both rotw and LoD, Most rune , Perfect Gems is only in LoD side.

Lvl15Fade When struck is now 6% because the jewel in the Helm is complimenting Treachery armor
