I have a FoHer. He has Griffon with facet(-24/17), lighting sunder and Convictoin -150 all res.
Was I right understand, thai if I meet lighting imun mob"s, at first worked sunder, and they will have 95light res, next - Grifon with facet(-24%). And mob's will have 71light res, and then worked Conviction -150, and they will have 71-150=-79light res? Or it's another order?

Can be used to make Runewords:
when breaking immunities, abilities, such as lower res curse, Conviction or Cold Mastery only work at 20% strength. -res from items, such as facets & griffon work at 100%.
in your example: 95 -24 - 150*0.2 = 41 res
