I haven't seen a single Herald while boss/ Key/whatever farming since the patch. Kinda mentioned earlier already and idk if its just me, but I've been spawning a Herald pack off one the seal bosses nearly every single TZ Chaos run.
Even if you take out every elite pack along the way, there's still a very good chance you don't make it past the threshold meaning even then, you usually still won't see one.
