It's a fair ring for that level, but as far as I remember (I am no lld expert) lld stuff needs stats to be valuable, life and mana especially. And res are almost seen as useless, while meech is completely.
Only fcr, AR and low rep is not enough to give value, so not for lld.
For normal use It's an ok fcr ring with not very high rolls.
You probably can get something around Um - Mal.
