high ed on rare BA w/ chance for amp dmg

Berserker Axe earlier, curious if the combo of high ed, and chance to cast amp dmg give it any worth

Amp dmg, %ed and ar are good but that's not enough.
If it would have been also ethereal and with fools mod or two sockets or ias it would have some value.
