Hard to value. The bug on ED + MaxD on the same jewel when not used in a weapon prevents the use on a weapon, making it much less valuable than it seems.
Probably around Ist to Vex, but that's really a rough estimate, you may get more or less.
AR and Fres are always nice, even if not the main stuff.
