Increased durability adds nothing to value - it can actually lower it as repair costs would be more expensive.
Just look for the history on 5 os flails to get a fair value, as it's a common choice for the Heart of the Oak runeword.

Quick note: 5-sockets are for Call To Arms. The most common base for HOTO is a 4-socket Flail.
