Started to roll an Obsession...

Hi I just wanna share my first roll on this. I stumble upon a

Rune Staff with + 3 Blizzard when I am farming on cows and try to roll this new runeword...it was kind of fun and a breath of fresh air since we all know nothing beats a Hoto + Spirit

This is an elite RW for an ES Sorc specifically and can possibly be a better BiS option than what you called out. Again, build dependent, but ES is the anchor for Obsession. Nice find bud and nice on the roll.
