Hmm, not bad. Life steal is useless unless it's an Enchant sorc, in which case the FCR is less useful (not useless). Good all res plus over on cold. Would be better if it were over on fire or lightning. Great life.
Trouble is, sorcs have so many options for FCR besides the head, not sure if this stacks favorably against something like a Harlequin Crest. I doubt you're going to see even a Mal for it, but I could be wrong. gl.
