I actually haven't been close to dying except that one time when I tried to take a screenshot (which was really dumb, I know). I have max res and I am being very careful, except that one time. I Teleport forward closer to them and then quickly back, if you do that a couple of times their AI eventually forces them to go in for melee and that's when they're vulnerable - they die fast to Frozen Orb when they're trying to get close you.

There's another reason why you shouldn't take any screenshots, apart from being dangerous:
Your screen is so dark that you can post one completely Black picture for all of them
Even the fires of the burning hell (not a game difficulty) can't make it much brighter
Btw I always get super low runes on Hell, my best is Pul on NM.
So you're quite OK with Pul here, just like 3.6 Roentgen.
The only things I've changed really since I started Hell is the left ring, the gloves and Boots, just some minor tweaks to improve resistances, and added some more charms.

I'm guessing that you keep a portal scroll in one of your Belt slots for a fast exit?

So true. Farming Nihlathak without Nature's Peace in HC is really suicidal. Do it once very carufully and forget about him if you don't have that ring (even then, ring won't proc on some builds, I wrote about that on Nihlathak page).
It's time to continue this journey today, we shall see if today is the day of my ultimate Death, or if I will live to see another day. I aim to start Act 5 in about 30-60 minutes or so. Wish me luck! (or hope for my Death, if you guessed that I would die and still hope to win a prize for that )

Well, I made it to Frigid Highlands lol. All the elite packs were concentrated to the beginning on the Bloody Foothills, took forever to deal with them but the rest went smoothly.
