How do you get that red background when tagging other users? When I type the @ symbol and start typing the name, I get the no results found, and nothing to select. So, I manually type the username, but that red background never appears.

Had the same problem, but found a thread for useful tips for this site in the feedback forum.

You have to use [.mention] before and [./mention] after the username. But without the dots.
