quick terror question

Let‘s say my buddy is lvl 95 and starts a game, goes to a terrorized zone. Zone is lvl97 right? I join the game at lvl84. My buddy leaves game, comes back with lvl87 char.
Zone still lvl97?

zone is 96 not 97 I believe
terrorized zones will always have the same lvl mobs, as long as you play there for that hour
terrorized zones change every hour
and terrorized is also lvl 96 on hell difficulty regardless of your level

I have just checked now and I was mistaken
terrorized zones do scale with your level, but those mbos can be maximum at lvl 96, not 97 still
if you are a lower level terrorized will be 2 lvls above you, so if im not mistaken up to lvl 91-92 is better to level up in baals room

In Hell
Base: +2 levels up to level 96
Champion: +4 levels up to level 98
Unique: +5 levels up to level 99

Terror Zone changes during that game.

You don't need your buddy.
You can create a game with a lvl 94 char.
Leave the game.
Join the game with a level 84 char.
The area is still terrorized 96.

Don‘t have a char that high.
