In the Spirit of dumb questions, I'm semi new to the site though have done a decent amount of trades. Now listing my own and would like to group items by tabs but not seeing an edit or rename option.

Open your profile, click Edit Profile, then at the bottom, there should be fields for giving your tabs custom names,
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.
