I think you're confusing -TD with ITD. While ITD only works on normal mobs, -TD should work on all monsters, including bosses, but the effect is halved against super uniques and bosses. Well, at least according to Amazon Basin...

I believe you are correct on both accounts, I was indeed mixing them up. I'll cross out that on my post to avoid misleading anyone peeking through. Thanks =)

I followed the advice to revoke

Blaze and invest in

Telekinesis and

Energy Shield and I agree, it is safer to play like that. I don't run like a looney now anymore, though, which was really fun. But oh well, can't have everything.
