Terrorize notification app

I need an app which notifies me every hour, when an area of my interest gets terrorized. Does anybody know any way to get this working?

Terror zone tracker if anyone wants to build out a notifier app, it might be enough.

There's an API for that?

Might have to actually add that to my clone tracker I guess. ^^

I have scriped that already:

But it is still no notification. I have to poll it.

And the problom is: I do not know, when a user updates the information. So there is a lag at the beginning of each hour and nobody knows how long it is.
