Description

Hey everyone,

Terror
Zones are live for a few days now and they brought great diversity to my farming chore,
but there is still a question i ask myself in some zones:

How thoroughly should i clean the map before NG?

In some Zones like CS, Tombs and Moomoo Farm it's very clear to me that i have to kill everything that moves,
but how about Catacombs or Nilathaks Temple and Halls for example? I'm tempted to just do short
Andariel
or Pindle runs and ignore most packs and chests.

How do you handle certain zones?

You never have to clear everything that moves. Even in
Terror
zones, champions are far superior to normal mobs in every way so the approach is really the same it is for all farming:

Get in, cycle through the champions, kill stuff along the way so long as it doesn't cause a massive delay, reset after last champion pack/boss.

The obvious eternal exception to that remains cows (
Terror
or not) as the mob density is so high that normal mobs are still absolutely worth it. Generally, the less mobs you can clear at the same time (i.e. lower local density), the more you gain from focusing more/entirely on champions.

Mind you, the difference isn't quite as big. In prior farming, you had to focus champs to get a lvl high enough to even allow for the drops you're after. Now, any mob can drop whatever you want (assuming you're high enough) but champs still come with higher XP yield and the like.
