Trade Check?

Hey everyone just looking for some feedback on a trade. I needed a bit more general feedback since I'm pretty depleted in rune Wealth, so I'm using a stock of items as well. I have no qualms about overpaying in item Wealth since I don't want to deal with flipping a bunch of items. If I had runes its more cut and dry and would pay a fair price.

I feel like this is a pretty damn good deal for me for how rare and sought after the items I receive are. I'm pretty new to the trading scene and was just curious and maybe get some feedback! I know the basic rune values etc. but its harder to quantify in items even tho I have a notepad and price check my items. Thanks!
