I've no idea about pvp but isn't mld lvl 49?
For a normal pvm
Enchant/xbow sorc the usual options are Volcanic
Circlet/
Coronet/
Tiara/
Diadem of the Magus with 2 sockets or just Flickering Flame.
While your
Circlet is not bad I would rate it lower than Flickering Flame.

I am not sure if the visio mod is wanted because
Enchant increase also your AR.

Btw, 2os, visio, +str are useful for other melee builds and also merc.
