Can be used to make Runewords:
Eagle Clasp : no skill, no value.
Bone Scarab ; only +1 and not 10 fcr, no value, anyone would prefer even a low Mara's
Ring : I don't remember the range for gold but I believe it's quite large, as for fortuitous it can go till 15% at least, so I think no value. And as it's a magic you can simply use the price check bar.

When it comes to extra gold for rings a Dwarf Star will give you 100% extra gold and is pretty cheap.
