OKAY literally. I've dropped like 8 Um runes from countess so far this ladder and maybe 4 keys ...

I'm up to 13 Hellfire Torch drops on my single player grail and now have at least one for every class except Paladin and Sorceress -_-

I know how this feels. Been farming for a week for mine, tried pulling all my MF gear and went down to 0 MF. Did loads of cow runs, then in the end I tried using shards for each act while looking for latent charms. Got a 4OS Matriarchal Bow +3 from Act 2, very early on tomb. I think Act 2 has so much density I found 2 latent charms because of so many Heralds spawning, and found the bow as well. Good luck! I made Faith to use for my char it was worth grinding it out.
