Can be used to make Runewords:
In your opinion is it worth it to cube 2 Ohms for a Lo? It seems like a Lo is worth about 2 Ohm traded, but just wanted a second opinion

Right now, (SCNL ROTW) I've been hovering Lo somewhere between 5 and 6 Ist (usually on the higher side) which seems... somewhat competitive with what I'm seeing on trade sites, and in game trades.
Ohm's generally run 3.5-4~ Ist when people are looking for them.
If you've got patience on your side, your 2 Ohm runes are probably worth around a Lo and 1.5-2 Ist kicker if you're willing to spend the time.

Even different mode (SC HC NL L x Rotw LoD)have different valuation,
but all of them is better than directly cube it.
LoD world, 6 = Lo , fixed. Some small trade may go 5 or 7 but not main stream. Ist also have different value vs rotw. Ohm is 4. Also fixed rate.
I guess you can easily get 4 Ohm exchange to 2 Lo + Ist deal here with some rotw player. All runes is not worth cube except Dol.
