but I cant find a use for it
so I thought id sell it but if I cant find a use for it...
its rare, its for sure rare?

There is no use for it sadly. Stone is better in terms of stats and readily available.

Can trade on LoD, RotW, and Ladder/Non-Ladder

Some ppl buy this for certain pvp tourney, but your roll is
Eth. If it had + 2 off and near perf ed, it’d would be worth a few jahs before rotw. Currently state of the market c not sure.. if i have to put a price on ur roll, maybe
