No end-game meta use here, but the two sockets do open up some possibilities. I'd say it's self-use.
Im cool with self use, slowly building my Wealth and ability make new characters, gonna see if i can join some type of group the public route is pretty bleh

Not missing cast rate? I thought druids (casters especially) pretty much need the +2 skills and fcr.
Its a decent helmet if nothing better around but imo nothing too special. I could be wrong, not very good with rares and most likely toss a lot of valuable rares away daily.

Sadly magic/rare Druid Pelts cannot roll FCR at all. If you need FCR on a helmet you're limited to Circlet/ Coronet/ Tiara/ Diadem, besides some new items in RotW - Hellwarden's Will and Coven. The latter, Coven, does work in 3os Druid Pelts.

Welp that explains why my druid gameplays have always sucked early on. Ive been constantly looking for helmets with faster cast rate smh. . . Thank you for the information.
