I think the only thing that isn't logged here is the various shrines. I know they're logged elsewhere on the Internet, but it would be nice to have it here too. Same goes for other poppables: barrels, loose rocks, bodies, etc.
On a side-but-similar note, I don't remember seeing poison and exploding shrines show up except in Acts 1 and 2. Am I misremembering, or is that actually a thing?

I remember a Poison Shrine spawned in the WSK.
Maybe they are as common as other shrines, but since they're useless beyond Act 1-2 normal, our selective memory ignores them?

That's just the thing I was looking for here a few days ago (what's the best difficulty/act for finding gem shrines), I was kinda surprised that there's no info about that in the database. Normal mode only spawn so many shrines right? So as we progress when we unlock all shrines, the others will appear less, right?
