Checked yday when terrorizing whole Act 1 (also wasn't sure), and is definitely NO, to confirm Blubbalutsch's statement.
Plz do not send friend requests without posting.
Probably a bug/omission, and should be fixed - it makes no sense that Cow Level can't be terrorized manually, since it's included in the regular TZ rotation.

No, it does not terrorize cow levels, was surprised first time i terrorized act 1 that cow level remains a "normal" zone. Dunno if there's a way to terrorize it, seems not.

Sad. Well, let's hope it gets patched sometime soon.
Also, tritram and Stony Field WERE NOT terrorized, just noticed it, River of Flame was terrorized so iwent to clear it first before coming back to act 1 ... noticed Tristram was not terrorized, and came back to Stony Field (that i had already cleared without paying attention ), found few mobs running around and they were not terrorized. So no, no point at all opening secret cow level before terrorizing atc 1, you just lose 2 areas ( Stony Field and Tristram)

Tristram not be affected "make sense" as The Secret Cow Level is not either

Well, i did it in the same game, maybe if you go get Wirt's Leg and then create a new game it doesn't affect Stony Field and Tristram. The only mob i killed before terrorizing act 1 was Rakanishu, well not me, but Emilio felt the need to one shot him :p
no it doesn't sadly. the cow level is it own act kinda and doesn't get effected from shards

Both, Tristram and Stony Field get terrorized with a western shard, along with the rest of act 1. The cow level however does indeed not get terrorized with any of the 5 shards. Even if you use all 5 in the same game, cow level remains a non-TZ zone.

The mobs that spawned as Terrorized may become regular mobs after the Zone came back to normal (I already tried Teleport around Arcane Sanctuary to spawn all enemies when Terror Zone time was ending, and when I return to kill the monsters the ones that were far from me when Terror Zone time ended, became regular mobs 

)

Welcome back! You were gone for a while! Monsters no longer de-spawn after they have spawned. This is prevent Herald-spawning abuse. The monsters in your AS scenario didn't turn non-TZ, you didn't spawn them originally. Thanks for testing this. I have added the information to the database entries of the Cow level and the shard.
If only they had some means of testing this new content, possibly a means to test and get feeback. Some kind of test that would be public, maybe call it a public test something. I know, they could call it a public test realm.
