I think the only thing that isn't logged here is the various shrines. I know they're logged elsewhere on the Internet, but it would be nice to have it here too. Same goes for other poppables: barrels, loose rocks, bodies, etc.
On a side-but-similar note, I don't remember seeing poison and exploding shrines show up except in Acts 1 and 2. Am I misremembering, or is that actually a thing?

I remember a Poison Shrine spawned in the WSK.
Maybe they are as common as other shrines, but since they're useless beyond Act 1-2 normal, our selective memory ignores them?

That's just the thing I was looking for here a few days ago (what's the best difficulty/act for finding gem shrines), I was kinda surprised that there's no info about that in the database.
