The second winner of the eighty-second round iiiiiis.... @chuanki, who had a 3.35% chance to win! (out of 20 participants - and it's chuanki's second win!)
There won't be a third winner this round because the third build I drew had irresolvable gear overlap with the other two winners.
@wryken and @chuanki, you both have 48 hours to respond in here or DM me or you will forfeit your prize (if neither of them responds in time, I will re-draw this round).
After the winners have responded, I'll look over the list of items and eliminate the ones that were picked (and possibly add some), and then it will again be up to the rest of you to update yours if you feel necessary.
