Unfortunately, that's often how it goes when you drop annis in a game
During ladder seasons, I often dump low/mid rolled annis in public games, and there's often one or a few people that grab all/most of them. That's one reason why I prefer to arrange giveaways such as this, at least for the higher rolled ones, to get more control over how many annis one person can get.

I would happy to have 3 annis, no matter wich ones im restarting after tons of years

I personally have the game on both PC and PS5, as you can see on all my posts (all my posts are marked with both the Windows symbol and the PS symbol) so I can deliver it to you myself.
(But I don't have access to my PS5 until next week.)

(for other consoles I rely on other people to assist with the cross-platform transfer)

All still remain, I haven't started assigning them based on wishes yet. It's not a first-come-first-served thing - I've let this topic stay up for several days to let people post their wishes, and the plan is to start assigning annis tomorrow.

I'd love even just one, maybe 2. Never owned any at all, been SSF the whole time. Any stat is fine.

I prefer res, but anything is fine really.
