More stash tabs incoming??

The going hypothesis is that Blizzard has added space for two more tabs so that they can sell them like they did in China.

Instead of stash tab, why not extra char slot? That is more useful as u get the char slot inv + its personal stash…

if they made this need extra money, it will need to think which is better, buying new account or this.

Cain, tell me in chinese server, how much you need pay to get extra stash? Do they use new stash to replace current new account warehouse?

Ok, I get the answer, they make it need to pay when first entry. So china player will directly choose more stash without face our extra pay or not question.

People who like extra account as mule, they directly purchase bigger mule(more stash account).

I'd actually prefer an option to buy extra stash over having to use mules. Mules are stupid. You basically get 25 mules for 40$ or for 14$ at a discount. A mule has 140 stash spaces.
So it would translate to 1$ per shared stash which I'd consider a fair price.

Making d2r free to play and monetizing via shared stash space would be good for players and for blizzard. It's so intuitive I'm surprised Blizzard is not doing it.

I, as someone who already has 4 accounts (well 3 of my own and my father's on which he's using only 5 slots) would for sure buy more tabs or more character slots if they were available, but only for a reasonable price. So I'm not opposing you or saying that you are wrong, I just cracked a joke but also kinda said what we're all thinking.
Big however, mules could still be used for a proper runs/grind/experiments or whatever you need while additional stash tabs are just there for convenience reasons.

P.S. I bought all of my other accounts via discounts, only the main one was bought during full price (it was literally day 1 of D2R IIRC).

Agree. Muling is just exploiting the fact that characters have their own inventories.

This is a slippery slope. First they start with cosmetics, then they add QoL features (additional stash would already be at this stage), and the game shortly becomes P2W, with the introduction of exp boosts and item store (like they did in D3 and D2R in China).

Perfect Gems able to stack. like 1 Solt 10000. Those things will skyrocket.

Some item is cheap because it need to calculate space price.

I don't know...ingame purchase is often the beginning of the end.
I hope that is not their intention. But given that this seems to already be the case in China, I am afraid this is what they plan.
Seems like a good oopportunity to quit the game (again).

Stash space is not really needed, we need larger inventory.

I kind of forget how much you need to pay in discount shopping. If 14$ is the current value. Each mule is around 0.5 USD. if you include what can equipped in them , it is very close to 1

Jah value in real world. (0.3-0.4, the cheapest I seen, I dont look a lot.)


I have no idea about in game purchase . For what I see, it is bought in first time preorder (+1 stash which we dont have, we already bought it).

My guess is that are going to give it free in our version and update warlord set. In case they want to align china code with our code. Unless they want to develop different world and dont care about sync up.
