What bases do you look out for while farming?

I tend to look out for

Thresher,

Giant Thresher,

Mancatcher,

Archon Plate, and any big ethereal armor.

Berserker Axe,

Phase Blade, and

Colossus Blade.

i feel like i'm missing A TON of potential items to trade.
What amazon items are good to look out for?
What helmets?
any wands, staves?

Grand Matron Bow,

Matriarchal Bow with 4 sockets or no sockets. These are for Ice or Faith.

Matriarchal Spear or

Matriarchal Pike with no sockets or 4 sockets. For Infinity.
+3 ethereal

Matriarchal Pike (maybe

Matriarchal Spear, too?) with 6 sockets or no sockets. For Breath of the Dying.

All mentioned above and Druid helms, 3 socket skill Katars (Suwayyah, Scissors Suwayyah, Runic Talon, Feral Claws...), Mage Plates, Wire Fleeces, elite Paladin Shields, Monarchs, Great Hauberks, Sacred Armors, Flails, all 4-6 socket staves (Gothic Staff, Battle Staff, War Staff, Archon Staff...), Demonheads, Bone Visage etc.

I am sure I forgot something.

on non-ladder what do you use the helmets for?

From the OP polearm list is missing

Great Poleaxe,

Cryptic Axe, and

Colossus Voulge. The great thing about the CV is that it can roll superior

Eth and get 4 sockets.

It's probably also worth looking at stygian pikes, which are essentially great poleaxes for Infinity but have the advantage of getting 4 sockets from

Larzuk.

Dru Helmets: Flickering Flame (With

Molten Boulder,

Volcano,

Fissure,

Armageddon) Should have at least two of those with +2/3 to be worth it
Also some People look for

Tornado +

Hurricane to get +5 with Delirium, as dru can somehow mitigate the negative effect of being transformed by using

Werewolf/

Werebear

Bone Visage: Dream

Diadem: Dream/Flickering Flame

Larzuk it with +15% ed, imo. Sometimes they sell with 1x%, so i thro away lower ones and keep 1x% only if they allready got 3os. This applies only to nl, of course

Just 3 os, but ethereal/sup for the merc or sup for the hero.

I don't look for any specific base to keep, because any good base of any type is either worth keeping for my own use or tradable for someone else's. I do keep an eye out for some bases such as socketed ethereal elite armor bases for my mercenaries (Fortitude), but until I find one I'll make due with what I have. I will also keep watch for 4 OS plus 3 Grand Matron bows because Zon's are my fun builds.

Armors:

Archon Plate,

Great Hauberk, and ethereal armors with 700+ base defense for Fortitude.

Mage Plate,

Dusk Shroud,

Wyrmhide for Enigma.

Weapons:

Phase Blade, ethereal

Berserker Axe, ethereal

Cryptic Sword.

Shields: elite paladin shields with 40+ res for Spirit. ethereal elite paladin shields with 40+ res for Exile. 4 sockets

Monarch for Spirit.

Matriarchal Bow with + 3 B&C skills and 4 sockets.

ethereal 4 sockets polearms for Insight, Infinity and Pride.

ethereal 4 sockets

Mancatcher for Infinity and Pride.

any

Wand that can get 2 socket with at least + 3 to

Bone Spear for White.

Secondary:

ethereal 2 hand weapon, such as

Decapitator for Death.

Cryptic Sword what grants more dps. Is a doubt that I have.

oh Oath. I have an Oath BA that i can't trade either LOL. It's such a neat cheap runeword.

Spired Helm has 192 strenght requirement, which is very high. Most popular

Helm bases are

Demonhead,

Bone Visage and

Diadem

Dusk Shroud,

Wyrmhide and

Wire Fleece for armors.
Light armors are much nicer than heavy ones.

Mask,

Death Mask and

Demonhead for

Helm.

Demonhead for highlevel use and the other for levelling runewords.

40+ paladin shields.

I will never understand how Diablo players managed to wear those horrible masks as helms. Especially in LoD, they look a bit cooler in Resurrected.

Yep, and my preference is far away from those. I was mentioning the masks in particular because I understand they're quite popular.
