You should be considering player counts as odd numbers like 1, 3 etc. afaik to get the drop chance increase.

River of Flame and decided to tele in to kill Diablo. She's level 97 and usually runs most areas at P5 to P8.

Key, and what makes this lucky is the 3rd run dropped two keys. Now I've had 3 keys of all three

Key types drop at least one or more times, but usually after quite a few runs, never in just three runs.
