I mean let’s be real, we all knew this build is OP and it’s bound to happen but just wanted to know if others have similar experience. I tried playing my Mosaic sin last night and noticed her ‘finishing firework moves’ were significantly reduced.

And it really isn't "bound to happen". That'd imply Blizz actually intended to add further balancing changes and really worry about creating an even playing field which just isn't the case. If it were, mosaics would be far from the only thing on the nerf block.
Hey schonoki,
I don’t think it’s fair to say they’re not trying. Balancing a game as complex as this takes time, and Mosaic might just be the first step in a broader plan.

Time? Like 25 years? I think it's fairly widely accepted that blizzard have little interest in updating d2r. They haven't added anything for the last ?3 ladder seasons. There isn't any money in further updates.

This.
D2:R added some balancing changes since release, sure. But that was all quite a while ago by now. "Coincidentally", back when D2:R was still needed as an interactive commercial to get people to buy D4. That time is long gone. D4 is out and is its own very convincing anti-commercial to not touch it. And with that, D2:R has become fairly inactive to say the least. Which isn't to say they won't still occasionally announce real changes and pretend they're putting in effort but the last time they did that, those "changes coming! announcement soon!" turned into "we changed a couple words in the Korean EULA! Hope you all enjoy the effort we still put into this game!".
Given, getting an actual bug-fix (assuming it works..) with the upcoming ladder reset is already more than I was expecting but I suppose their newest intern got bored and wanted something to do.
Still expecting them to really go back to caring about D2/D2:R though and adding actual balancing passes I dare say is rather delusional. Under inactive-vision I would've bet anything it never will. With Microsoft, I guess I'd give it a .1% chance or some such just to account for their marketing team potentially being clever enough to go "So...everyone's going nuts over PoE2 now and they keep emphasizing how great they are at live service and ongoing support and whatnot...and we ditched our core franchise product after like a year...not a good look....let's at least put 1-2 people on that to obscure the embarrassment that is D4 if we ever want a chance at someone eventually buying D5".
