Realistically, you're looking at roughly 3x the rarity of a JMoD in the stats alone (basing that on maxroll claims..alternatively, repair has 2 levels of which you got the better one but so does a JMoD so at equal math it'd basically be the same the rarity as a JMoD).

Eth (5%) vs. JMoD to not be

Eth (95%) so that's another 19x the rarity.
Meaning overall you're probably looking at somewhere around 19 to 57ish times the rarity of a JMoD here.

At the same time, it is objectively better than a JMoD for more builds than not.

And that's still ignoring the style points a lot of folks would see in it being

Eth.

So assuming JMoD is still around 30

Gotcha, yeah most people seem to be falling into either the "wow that's super rare, style points or not" and the "it's not BIS, JMOD is better cause block %, therefore this is garbage" camps.

Some weeks ago I decided to go for 200 FCR on my Lightning Sorc. Even though these builds might not be the best damage dealers, I love the fast paced play style that comes with it. So I equipped some crappy Blue 10 FCR Amulet, Skin Of the Viper Magi and so on. Of course a 2-20 Sorc Amulet would be nice, so I started selling low value items for crafting materials (I hesitate to spend runes for it). After ~70 amulets I got my first more or less plain 20 FCR Amulet (without skills). I was happy and equipped 15/Lightning

Ormus' Robes. Some amulets later I got this beauty and I am still stunned. My sorc might not be happy about it, but I for sure am
