After 500+ attempts I finally made some 2pass and magic /20IAS Hit Power Gloves. I know the other affixes are garbage, but at this point I do not care.
I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.

You can Google ED/max damage bug for more info (but briefly said they do not stack, max restricts ED). And other 2 affixes are bad.
Any magic 40 ed with no second affix is actually better.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus

From what I understand
- min/max damage on jewel and % ed on item (before that jewel was socketed) or on the jewel itself, may cause the bug...
- % ed on jewel and max/min damage on item (before that jewel was socketed) or on the jewel itself, may cause the bug...
(in both cases de % ed is not applied correctly when the bug happens)

I've always dreamed of finding something like this. Today it dropped in terrorized Tal Rasha's Tombs.
Not to be the bearer of bad news, but that doesn't seem like it'd be useful for much.. Maybe a Delirium RW if you really want that? Kinda annoying RW with that debuff though.. These White +3 battle order barb helms are quite common and pretty much worthless.
The ultra rare/valuable barb Helm that's worth a ton is a blue/magic +3 Warcries / +3 Find ItemHelm, with 2 sockets. That would be more worthy of your dreams, IMO.
I played D2R on and off for quite some time now. But since I do not like farming keys, I only did Ubers twice and got two low torches (Barb and Druid). Some minutes ago I got my third torch ... and look at that!
